All services are provided under these Terms and any additional agreements made during onboarding.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during onboarding. Responding to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner. Adhering to any guidelines or requirements for ad content.

Reckless Media is not responsible for delays or issues caused by a client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Reckless Media remain the sole property of Reckless Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use these materials only for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the partnership. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reckless Media shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Losses caused by third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. Delays or interruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

Reckless Media reserves the right to terminate services if:

The client violates these Terms. Payments are not made as agreed. The working relationship becomes unsustainable for any reason.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid immediately.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our website and communications may include links to third-party websites or tools. Reckless Media is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of these external resources.
